Conditions for UTM travel and visa application assistance
Review these terms before requesting UTM Travel & Visa assistance with a UAE jobseeker visa application. They explain the payment policy, immigration decisions, visa conditions, refundable exit guarantee, and responsibilities if an error occurs.
Fee Policy
After submitting the required documents, the full fee must be paid before the application process begins. The fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.
Approval & Timeline
All visa applications are handled by the UAE authorities, and the decision regarding approval or rejection rests solely with them. Neither UTM nor any other party can influence or control the outcome.
Visa Details
The visa validity, duration of stay, and number of entries vary depending on the visa type.
Exit Guarantee
Once the visa is issued, a payment of AED 1,000 as a compliance guarantee is required. This amount is fully refundable upon the applicant’s departure from the UAE or change of status within the country, provided no violations occur.
Liability and Error Correction Policy
UTM and UAE authorities are not liable for any fees, charges, or costs incurred due to visa delays or rejections. In the event of an error caused by UTM in the issued visa, UTM commits to providing an alternative visa for all travellers and partially covering the costs of adjusting flight and hotel bookings, up to a maximum of AED 1,000 per person. UTM’s responsibility is limited to the correction of errors as outlined in this clause.
