Information You Need to Know:

- Payment Policy: 

Once the visa application has been submitted to the UAE government, the full fee must be paid before processing begins. The fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.

- Visa Processing and Decision: 

All visa applications are handled by the UAE Immigration Department, and the decision regarding approval or rejection rests solely with them. Neither UTM nor any other party can influence or control the outcome.

If your request was submitted with Urgent or Instant processing and issuance was delayed beyond the stated timeframe, the additional amount will be refunded.

- Urgent Processing: 24–48 hours

- Instant Processing: 6–12 working hours

- Liability and Error Correction Policy: 

UTM and UAE Immigration are not liable for any fees, charges, or costs incurred due to visa delays or rejections.

However, in the event of an error caused by UTM in the issued visa, UTM commits to providing an alternative visa for all travellers and will partially cover the costs of adjusting flight and hotel bookings, up to a maximum of AED 1,000 per person. UTM’s responsibility is limited to correcting errors as outlined in this clause.
