Using the UTM Travel & Visa plugin in ChatGPT

Provider and scope: The UTM Travel & Visa plugin in ChatGPT is provided by United Tourist Management Tourism LLC., an independent travel company in Dubai, UAE. These plugin terms supplement our existing service terms below. References below to bookings, processing fees, payments, refunds and delivery concern separately arranged travel services; they do not mean those transactions are available through the plugin.

Available functions: The current plugin provides Dubai event searches, UAE/Dubai and UK electronic travel authorisation (ETA) eligibility guidance, and status enquiries for existing UTM files. Files may relate to visas, flight tickets or other travel services. It also provides company and contact information. It does not submit new visa applications, accept document uploads, make bookings, process payments, amend or cancel services, or create support tickets.

Access and authorised use: Use requires a compatible ChatGPT account, plugin availability and any required connection permissions. OpenAI’s applicable terms also govern your use of its platform. Provide accurate information and access only your own UTM files or files you are authorised to manage. A connected ChatGPT account does not by itself establish ownership of a UTM file.

File Status: To retrieve a file, provide its number and associated email address. We check these details against our records before returning customer-facing information. The result reflects the information recorded at the time of lookup. A status such as Open or Closed is not by itself a visa approval, rejection or confirmation that a travel service has been completed. Unavailable fields are omitted. Internal notes, message bodies and attachments are not returned by the file-status function. Requesting a status check does not change your file or schedule a staff follow-up.

Eligibility guidance: Eligibility results depend on your answers and the rules available to the service. They are general guidance, not a visa, ETA, government decision or guarantee of approval, boarding or entry. Requirements may change and individual circumstances may need further review. Verify applicable requirements with the relevant official authority and carrier before making travel arrangements. UTM is not a government authority, and AI does not decide whether a visa is issued.

Dubai events: Event dates, venues and other details may change, and the calendar may not include every event. Confirm current details and any attendance conditions with the organiser. Search results do not reserve admission or purchase tickets. Third-party event and ticketing services have their own terms.

Privacy and information supplied: Our Privacy Policy explains the data used for plugin requests and the results returned to ChatGPT, including file information. Provide only the information needed for the supported function. Do not supply passport numbers or scans, national identification numbers, payment-card details, passwords or verification codes through this plugin. Personal data held by OpenAI is also subject to its privacy policy and the controls available for your account.

Accuracy and corrections: Responses generated by AI may contain errors or misunderstand your request. Check important details, particularly where they affect travel arrangements. If a response conflicts with your official documents or direct UTM communications, contact UTM for clarification rather than treating the chat response as an amendment or confirmation of your service.

Acceptable use and availability: Do not attempt to access another person’s file without authorisation, guess or enumerate file credentials, bypass access controls or request limits, or disrupt the service. Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or maintenance. Availability depends on UTM and third-party systems and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. You may disconnect the plugin through your platform settings; doing so does not cancel a separately arranged travel service.
