Kuwait e-Visa Terms and Conditions:
1. Full payment is required after submitting documents. If rejected, refunds are made minus service fee.
2. The status of the application is under the full and exclusive control of the Kuwaiti immigration. No other party can influence the issuance or rejection of the eVisa.
3. The visa allows a 90-day single entry with a one month pre-travel validity.
4. Unless it is required with the visa application; Avoid booking flights or hotels before visa issuance; UTM and the Kuwaiti immigration department are not liable for visa delays.
5. In case of visa errors on our part, we will provide an alternative visa and partially cover flight and hotel amendment costs up to 1000 AED per person.
