The steps of applying for a Schengen Visa through the Italian Embassy in the UAE

  1. YOU: Send required documents to UTM.
    You can send documents to UTM in several ways:
    a- You can Login to the UTM Portal (top right of this screen), and create a New Support Ticket.
    b- You can email your documents (in 1 or separate emails) to: visa@utmservices.com
    c- You can send your docs by WhatsApp to 00971-55-99-45-971

  2. YOU: Must pay applicable fees to UTM. Various moods of payment are available.

  3. UTM: Will prepare your application and communicate with you on any details, missing documents, special cases, etc...

  4. UTM: Will call you to match an available appointment date for your visit to the application center.

  5. UTM: Will send your file by express mail to the address you provide in the UAE.

  6. YOU: Visit the application center for the appointment, present your file, sign and provide your fingerprints.

  7. YOU: Will pay the Official Visa fees at the application center, in cash.
    You will be asked to pay express mail fees to get your passport delivered to your address, we added that to the official visa fees.

  8. VISA CENTER: Will update you on the status of your file through SMS or Email.
